15 kilometers of the perfectly groomed slopes, on skis or a snowboard, beautiful views over the Caucasus Mountains. This is the Tufandag Mountain resort ski area. Every ability has its own challenge: from the green and blue slopes where you fasten your boots for the first time to the most difficult black slopes.The snowmaking covers most of the slopes, guaranteeing snow for the whole season, the chance to discover, have fun and to test yourselves. Tufandagh Resort offers wide range of winter activities as sledges, snow tubing, snowmobile and others where guests will enjoy beautiful atmosphere. Sledge area is situated on “Yatmısh Gozal” peak – 1920 m altitude. You and your family will love to slide on our sledge area under the beautiful sky and to watch the mesmerizing view of Caucasus Mountains.
Snow tubing is simply a fun, recreational activity that makes use of gravity to transport oneself to the bottom of a slope while riding an inner tube. A steeper run equals higher speed. There is no skill required to be able to snow tube. There is no training required, no practice needed and no muscle strength necessary. As long as you can sit and hold on, you are good to go. This activity is somewhat similar to sledding, but the difference is, you have a softer surface to sit on.
Beginner Ski School
A dedicated learning zone, specially designed terrain features and an active teaching philosophy encourage natural progression and eliminate the intimidating hurdles of skiing and snowboarding. Build confidence on the friendliest and most efficient ski and snowboard equipment with “catch-free” technologies that make it easier to start, stop and turn.Instructors of Tufandagh Resort focus on the practical skills of skiing and snowboarding so guests can venture beyond the beginner zone, unlock more of the mountain and navigate the chairlifts and trails like a pro.
Advanced Ski School
Our active teaching methods keep you engaged from start to finish and are designed to give you the best instruction through hands-on experiences. With specialty programs geared for advanced and expert skiers and riders, you’ll be coached on high-level tactics that enable you to be a stronger, fluid and more aggressive skier or rider. Our expert guides and pros will show you some of the most exclusive trails, bowls, chutes and glades, giving you a personalized tour of the mountain’s best-kept secrets.
